Despite It All: Aster Creek Series #3 by Mollie Goins
5.0
I can’t stop smiling after finishing this book!
I absolutely loved the first two books following Graham and Owen but let me just say….. Jett has now been placed at the #1 spot.
I loved how detailed and encouraged family was and how important it is to have people around you that have your best interest at heart and that would drop everything for you. It truly does take a village to raise kids.
Wyla is such an independent, confident, and most of all caring person not to mention she’s such an amazing mom to Stevie. I loved everything about their relationship.
Jett is an absolutely amazing dad to Stevie and an even better partner to Wyla. The orange roses and ice cream door dash melted my heart!
I loved the growth from both characters throughout this book and how much both of them had to give up in order to compromise and learn to trust and love each other. I can definitely see why it would be incredibly hard to go from a single mom to now having the dad involved and wanting to help. Sometimes letting go of that control can feel really challenging but this book portrayed it beautifully.
Everyone needs to read this book if the tropes interest you!
I love Mollie and her writing!
