Working Hard, Hardly Working: How to achieve more, stress less and feel fulfilled by Grace Beverley
4.0
“Get off your phones at dinner, take a second out of the gossip and talk about what makes you happy, what makes you feel lost, and where you want to be heading. And I promise, no matter where that is, you’ll be able to create a path to get there.”
So not what the book is all about but at the same time so much of what the book is all about.
I don’t know where I’m going, I don’t know what path I’m trying to create. But what I do know is that I cannot let work and the perspective of success fade out my interest for the small and apparently almost insignificant things that make me feel happy and fulfilled.
A constant reminder that stoping is beneficial and that we need to rethink how the labour market works and what is the part that we want to play in it.
