A Satisfying Delight
If someone would have told me I’d devour this series in a matter of days I would not have believed them. But now that the journey is over I’m sad to see it end. This series was phenomenal and the final book was a perfect slow burn. Vance and Emery were intoxicating to read about. I loved the instant chemistry they had and the way they both had to learn to trust each other with their individual truths. Having to expose the worst of yourself to someone can be the scariest thing in the world and yet these two were able to overcome it and stick together. A perfect partnership if I ever saw one. As for the story itself, there were twists and turns I never saw coming and the ending was a sweet culmination of their unique love story. Over all this was a well earned 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
