The Sweetest Betrayal is the third book in the world of Orkena. Zahru is now Mestrah in a world on the brink of war. I loved that we got to see move of the world outside the desert and the palace in this book. I also loved the character growth and interactions in this book as Zahru fights to do what is right while also figuring out what she wants. I was slightly leaning towards one ship in Books 1 and 2 but Natalie Mae convinced me that the other was the perfect and right ending. Thanks to Nat for an ARC to review.
