I made the mistake of going into this book blindly, not knowing a single thing about it.
So the first eight , I was so confused and surprised. I was fighting my brain on the “ick” factor of this book, and the totally taboo part. But, logic can be a fickle creature and in the world of fiction there is a fine line between logic and fantasy. I enjoyed this book more when the pov changed to Malachi. He was more sure of what he needed and wanted, he was a more reliable narrator even though he was the one who was mental. This was honestly a great read.
