So I have to eat some crow on this one. While I was not a fan of Jonah Hex in 19th century Gotham, turns out Jonah Hex in the modern world is fantastic. With a new girlfriend named Gina Green in tow, Hex goes on the run, meets some DC characters and has entertaining interactions with them, and ultimately winds up back where he needs to be. I'm avoiding spoiling things because I'm very glad I knew next to nothing about this going in. 4.5 out of 5, most fun All Star Western volume yet. One more to go.
