The Austen Affair by Madeline Bell

This was a cute time travel romance. This one was a bit outside of my comfort zone as it primarily takes place in the Regency Era, but I quickly found myself invested in the characters and sucked into the story. I enjoyed following Tess and Hugh as they found themselves in the past and tried to blend in to the time period. I also liked how you don’t have to be familiar with Jane Austen’s works in order to enjoy this book. The Austen Affair had a few moments that had me laughing and smiling and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this one.
