Starvation Heights: A True Story of Murder and Malice in the Woods of the Pacific Northwest by Gregg Olsen

5.0

Knowing the story of Dr. Linda Hazzard and the two Williamson girls before reading this, I thought I knew what I was in for in terms of story and while it talks of Dora and Claire's nightmare in Olalla as I have read and even better written than I heard previous have heard. Then the story really goes places. A court drama unlike anything I had read before, tales of scandel, more murders and a true portrait of a killer doctor that reads at time like horror, it's not a story to be ignored. A truly deep and engrossing crime story that will stay with me long after I have moved on.
