Cute little book, in some parts it was a bit cringe but I think that’s just because it was written in the late 1800’s and people spoke differently then. I know this is often the case, but I couldn’t believe how much more was in the book, and considering that the book is only small, that the film did not have in it. I’d say that the film covers the first two chapters and then the last five chapters of the book missing out about nine chapters in the middle. Overall nice book 3.8/5
