This book was pretty good! It's definitely more narrative-style than pure information, but the author has other works focusing on the pure clinical side of it. I definitely found it informative, though there was a lot of graphic content and I felt the author was a little reluctant to acknowledge personal mistakes at times (though I suppose that's probably typical of autobiographies!)
Graphic: Child death, Death, Misogyny, Rape, Sexual assault, Sexual violence, Torture, Violence, Medical content, Kidnapping, Murder, and Injury/Injury detail
You can probably figure this out from just looking at what the book is about, but quite frankly almost any trigger you can think of is included in this book in one way or another. Whilst I'd recommend it for people who are interested, I'd encourage you to be wary if you're sensitive to this sort of thing.
