This is everything I have ever asked for from every author ever. This is just 200 pages of basking in the post-war peace (even though things are not perfect). I've heard fans describe this book as a Christmas special and that is SO true but in all of the best ways (and like solstice instead of Christmas because duh). The one thing I did not like, and it truly drove me wild, was switching between first and third person chapter to chapter. Insanely jarring. Pull-your-hair-out irritating. Straight to jail.
