"If you won't be nice to yourself, I'm obligated to do it for you."

Sci-fi romance between Jax, a transmasc homeless man, and Sei-ves, an alien hooker. Jax deals with gender dysphoria, PTSD from abuse and epilepsy. While Sei-ves deals with hate and prejudice from being an alien and his profession.

The is told in second person POV so you really experience how Jax feels within his own body and life. If you don't mind that type of POV I really recommend giving this a chance. The intimacy scenes between Jax and Sei-ves are steamy as hell and there's so many caring and nurturing moments along side them .  I loved the cuddles, pinky swears, and the way Jax was determined to pronounce and use Sei-ves real name not the human version 'Seth'.

Two things holding me back from a higher rating are just things that happened in the story plot that frustrated me .
Jax literally runs away when Sei-ves emotionally needs him and then the fact that Sei-ves never gives up hooking even though Jax changes so much of his life for him.

"His body is no longer alien. It's just a body, one which houses a man you love, and you find it gorgeous."
