The Assassination of Margaret Thatcher by Hilary Mantel

5.0

This short story collection is the first of Margaret Atwood's work I have encountered. The collection is beautifully written. Atwood's prose is descriptive and at times almost lyrical. The stories are unpredictable and explore a darker side of human behaviour. I loved every story in the collection and will definitely be reading more of Atwood's work.
