It's absolutely beautiful! Very Fourth Wing-esque if you enjoyed that book!
For me, the thing I look for the most in a book is my brain's inability to find a gap. I maladaptive daydream a lot, which makes it hard to enjoy different forms of media because if mu brain sees a gap, it will derail me and attempt to fill it. That didn't happen once in this book.
