I have had this book on my kindle for a long time, I never wanted to read it, but I also wanted to have it because it was the sequel to one of my favorite books, Easy. I am not a fan of POV swapped retellings, but after rereading Easy, I decided to give this book a chance and I. can't. even!!
It was a retelling but it wasn't. It gave me so much more than Easy, but still gave me the feels like Easy, just in different ways. I got Landon's story and Lucas' thoughts. It was everything I never thought I needed, but after the end, I can't believe I didn't read it sooner.
I definitely recommend reading this after Easy so it is better to follow along like I did, unless you have a super memory and can recall everything in the exact same order (and I'd like to say I am totally jealous of that memory, I could probably plan my own surprise party because my memory is so bad).
