Melt for Me by Elisabeth Naughton

If you are looking for sweet second chance at that love of a lifetime, look no further than Melt for Me by Elisabeth Naughton. This amazing little Christmas novella has a sweet HEA wrapped in a mystery that will keep you guessing until the end.

Ella McKinley left her home years ago after telling her boyfriend that they could not be together. Pushing him away so that he would follow his dreams, 2 years later she realized that she made a mistake and went looking for him, only to see with her own eyes that she had lost him for good. Nine years later, she is stuck in the little Christmas Town of Hope, and feels like a "BA-HUMBUG". When miracles of miracles, the one that got away is standing in her bar, and looking to rekindle the fire between them.

Tate Kendrick never got over Ella. Nine years has not changed his feelings for her, nothing ever could, she is is "one and only, the only one" for him. Under the ruse of "just passing through" and wanting to catch up, Tate will pull out all the stops to win Ellas trust and her heart, and never let her get away again.

But when mysterious and dangerous things start happening after Tate arrives, after Ella overhears a secret conversation, things start to spin out of control and they just might lose their second chance before they find their Christmas Miracle.

I loved Tate and Ella. No amount of time or distance could destroy the love that they had for each other. You could tell that the feelings that they had for each other ran deep and that with just one look, one touch they were lost in each other. I love that there was a little bit of mystery surrounding this story, it only added to an even sweeter ending for me. I give this little novella 5 Christmas Stars.
