Some of this was so intriguing to read - I love the first chapter and the chapter towards the end, where we are flicking between characters and seeing how different their lives are within one apartment block. However, I felt this intrigue was quickly lost in chapters that delved deeper into the characters; I didn't find myself particularly caring for any of them, and found myself getting bored and skim-reading some sections.

For me, it was an interesting concept, but not explored in a way I enjoyed.
