I (no pun intended) consumed this book. I loved the author's entire premise of seeing how a zombie disease would actually work, and what the world looks like afterwards.

Content warnings:

There is some animal death in this book, including (offscreen) unnecessary killing of a named animal. (unnecessary meaning by humans, animal wasn't a zombie.)
