4/5 stars for this is not bad at all! I was very intrigued by the whole set up of this story and the lake setting was so perfect and creepy. I loved having an unreliable narrator and at some point in this story I had no idea who could be responsible for the disappearance of Katherine. But then the plot twist ended up being a paranormal twist which would be so fine but the whole book you are led to believe it's more of a true crime twist and then bam! Something paranormal happens that felt so out of context for the story that it felt really unbelievable. But honestly otherwise it was a great read and I recommend!
