I started and stopped this book 3 times before I finally finished it. 

Mainly because all the different POVs was frustrating but I give it a strong 3/5. The 3 being that these late 20s folks act like 18 year olds and speak like them to makes me irrationally annoyed. 

The plot is good and while I understand the world building I’m missing STORY. I’m going to try Book 2 before I say no to the series as a whole.

I love the whole Black Magical HBCU vibe though.
