I don’t read fantasy fiction that much. It’s a genre that when asked about, I feel neutral about it. The book blurb has to really catch my attention. Empress Unveiled certainly did. Unlike most fantasy novels, this novel takes place in the real world (fictionally), if you will.

I truly enjoyed Jenna’s writing. It was captivating and I was hooked from the very beginning. There’s so many plot twists in this novel it will keep you on your toes and keep you wanting more. I wasn’t ready for that ending.

I recommend this book to all the fantasy readers out there as well as those who would like to start getting into the fantasy genre!
