I read this for english class, and only that reason. I’m not a big fan of historical fiction, so in the beginning it was kinda pushing it. We started of strong, like immediately into the book he gets thrown into jail. Then I just kind of lost interest, it got boring fast, you could kind of tell how the book was going even by just skimming it. I think that maybe in the future under different circumstances, I’ll reread it (fully this time) and maybe my feelings will be different.
