I loved the writing more than I loved the plot or the characters. Going into the book, I already knew a little of the twist ending but what I didn't know didn't blow me away. I honestly was left wanting some more. Though back to the writing--it was gorgeous. I've never read anything by this author and after reading how beautiful and poetic her writing is, I will be looking into reading more from her in the future. I recommend this if you want a quick read for a readathon or a challenge. It can easily be read in 3 hours or less.
