This was definitely something I picked up simply out of curiosity. A collection of bare-bones diary entries (poems? let's call them poems) collected and reconstructed from the real-life daily journal entries of an 86-year-old woman. I was pretty smitten with this tiny book, but that's probably because it reminded me a lot of the daily log my grandparents keep while at our family cabin in Michigan that has been going strong for 30+ years. Sparse, but somehow warm.

This isn't the kind of thing I necessarily would recommend to anyone, and it's mostly the nostalgia that has endeared me to it.
