Did not finish book. Stopped at 28%.
When I saw this book on sale in a 2 for 1 credit sale on audible, I knew I needed to try it. I've wanted to read some darker romances, and this looked like something I would enjoy. Now, I will say that the slave/master relationships are not my thing, but I've read some great books exploring that 24/7 relationship, so I picked it up. This book should have been a decent read for me, but unfortunately, I couldn't get into it. I disliked Isaac intensely. Isaac's stalking of Katia was off-putting. And him trying to fix Katia was unsettling.  I typically love the white-knight trope, but this one felt a bit too like Joe Goldberg from "You." This book read like a Fifty Shades of Grey fantasy. I would have thought being set in a BDSM club that the authors would have done some research. I DNF'd this book after 2 hours. I just couldn't get into the book, and the writing was a bit juvenile for me.
