I’m guessing this is the fraternal twin to Haig’s Comfort Book. Together they spin a ying yang yo-yo on the tattered thread of our mental health.

The Comfort Book was ok. I read it a few years ago. It was cute and uplifting. I like Haig as an author very much.

I did not like this book. I wanted to. But it was like a downer devotional - short one pagers only seeming to state how fucked we are, which feels obvious. No redemptive qualities.

In all honesty, I only got about ten pages in, then skimmed and quit.
