It was an okay read - engaging and nicely paced. But, as someone who has read reverse-chronological mystery books before (and enjoyed them), there were times when the plot was difficult to follow in the audio format.
While this book relies on morally grey characters, their development felt lacking. Focusing on the angle of the rich-daughter-privilege personally bored me and overtook the crux of the plot, leaving the first two-thirds of the book a little flat.
The ending was solid, but overall this wasn't a favourite.
