i originally had in mind an incredibly unserious review and then it got So sad i had to make an attempt at a serious one but ultimately i just have to speak my truth which is that jude and sue were so right about being ahead of their time and had they lived in ours they would have been autistic lesbians which makes their tragedy all the more heartbreaking. we live in a society but at least it's not 1890s england. the sleeves may have fucked but god forbid their wearers did
