Children of Earth and Sky by Guy Gavriel Kay

3.0

When I started this book, I felt like I was back in Kay's glory days. While I've enjoyed the Chinese historical books, they didn't have quite the emotional impact his earlier books had for me. The first third or so of this book did and I couldn't wait to see where it went. But, it kinda went... nowhere. Some interesting scenes but nothing like Kay's best and overall, just kinda.. OK.
