I would rate this a 3.5. It follows child star Max as he navigates his career and rough divorce along with Eva who’s trying to find a new job. Max’s wife is absolutely horrible to him by being controlling, physically and verbally abusive. On the other hand, Eva’s mother is constantly nagging her to find a job, criticizing her choice when she lands one and makes her feel like she’s going to be an old maiden if she doesn’t find a man. The main characters were good and they had loyal and supportive friends to help them. The story is pretty short and centers around a dating app match that goes sort of wrong, so it moves relatively fast. I’d recommend checking this out and being prepared to hate his wife and her mom.
