it was meh. i am so sad that it wasn’t as good as i hoped.
while im proud of myself for finishing it and actually reading it (as it was one of my goals for the year) im upset that i took the time to read it as well.
the writing was good, i liked the descriptiveness, but from the first HALF of the book being world building and the second half being so rushed for the plot, i just didn’t enjoy it
