Wow, this book picked up right at the end of book one and I love reading them back to back. I really enjoyed the various POV's this one had. I thought it was so interesting to hear more of Bastien as well as other important characters. The betrayals and amount of action was so so good. I loved the new characters and new worlds that were introduced. It didn't hit the sequel slump at all and I am on the edge of my seat for book three!
