3.0
A solid debut with an intriguing storyline, characters that both annoyed and interested me, a queer love triangle with a touch of unrequited and forbidden love, creatures touched and warped by magic, all told around searching for familial acceptance in a society with a familiar foundation built on intolerance, religious persecution, and hierarchical attitudes.
Graphic: Violence
Moderate: Blood, Death of parent, Grief, Classism, and Death
Minor: Religious bigotry, Lesbophobia, Confinement, and Racial slurs
