In the Beginning by Nick Girard

Did not finish book. Stopped at 24%.
This book was quite slow and didn't seem to have any apparent plot. A lot of the writing was repetitive, and could have benefitted from an editor. The story itself was very simplistic and pretty much read like "this happen then this happened, God said this and did this. The angels were jealous, God was cruel." 

I think the concept might have been there, but the story itself was lacking and not worth finishing, which is too bad since I follow the author and find his promo videos entertaining.
