Chapterhouse: Dune by Frank Herbert
3.0
I'm very glad to have made it to the last Frank Herbert wrote. I've loved Hebert's writing in all of the books.
This book ends on a cliffhanger. The series was not finished by him, which is pretty disappointing.
I'm kind of in the middle. It's not a bad book. I mostly enjoyed it, and there are some good quotes.
*****Warning spoiler ahead****
But also a very uncomfortable scene with young Miles Teg being raped. I was pretty stunned when I came to this part. Pretty dark stuff.
Just wild.
Although, I'm not completely satisfied to stop here, I'm not convinced to read Brian Hebert's version of the end to this series......
