The Trouble with Tony
by Eli Easton
Eli Easton is steadily working to auto-buy status for me. Tony is a PI working a possible murder case after being wounded as a cop. He ends up going to the sex clinic the murder victim had been going to. While there, he ends up having to tell the doctor about his sexual difficulties.
Jack is a former Army surgeon, seriously wounded in Iraq, who is working at the sex clinic after his injuries. He finds himself drawn to his new patient.
Both of these men have deeper wounds beneath their skin that quickly endeared them to me. The secondary characters, especially Jack's co-workers, have piqued my interest, and I hope that we can learn more about them in upcoming books in the series, especially Michael.
