Cookie & Milk: A Scientifically Stunt-tastic Sisterhood by Michele McAvoy

5.0

I loved this book about the power of differences in a friendship mixed with a dose of science, engineering, and sports. The narration kept things funny and moving along at an exciting pace. We get a chance to see a strong female friendship where they empower each other to achieve great things. We also get a chance to see that they were not always friends and had to work through their differences. The illustrations are gorgeous, bright, and fun. This is a great bridge to picture book biographies.
