The Emperor and the Endless Palace
by Justinian Huang
A love story strung across centuries, told from the perspective of 3 POVs, and featuring an all gay male Asian cast. This book was tender (pun intended), felt relevant, and was rich in Eastern history/mysticism. As I was reading, I knew I’d have to read all 3 POVs before stopping. I couldn’t stop at one POV because the cliffhangers at the end of each chapter kept me wanting more. The writing was exquisite and the bond between each character felt real and authentic. The spice level was also totally on point, and was sexy and engrossing.
