Xander and Teddy
Xander has been interested in Teddy for years, even when she was married to someone else. Teddy was happily married to her high school sweetheart. Her husband died in an accident and one year later, Teddy finds herself having feelings for Xander, her new neighbor.
Xander is a patient man who understands Teddy is not 100% over her late husband, he takes his time with her and she opens up for him. Teddy explains that part of her will always love Logan but that she loves Xander too.
Teddy is constantly scared that something will happen to Xander in his line of work. Xander tells her that he knows what he’s doing, but that doesn’t completely ease her nervousness. She’s already a little traumatized by her late husband’s death and how it affected her kids.
I thought it was beautiful how her son Dalton asked Xander if he could call him Dad.
