So I feel like I have a different opinion on this book mainly because I read once upon a broken heart first. I was more familiar with the world and magic and characters.
I love Scarlett, she could be frustrating at times but overall she was a great FMC.
Tella, I hate her. Am I the only one? She’s a terrible sister - so selfish. I get the end goal but I’m was everything you put your sister through worth it ? Not one effing bit. And sure you can make the argument “tella went through stuff too” BUT SHE KNEW IT WAS HAPPENING. ugh I just can’t.
Julian, I loved him from the start and planned on it the entire book but the end? Idk I couldn’t fully forgive him as easily as Scarlet did. I wish she would have made him suffer and try to win her back. Hopefully he redeems himself. I just feel like it lessened Scarlett’s will power.
