these one was such a big surprise! I was not expecting to enjoy this book much but I absolutely loved it!
it's a bit of a different set up when compared to the other ones in the series because neither character has been there from the beginning of beginnings and they have no shared history in the past, unlike the other couples. so the relationship would all have to be built and developed on page for the reader to see and believe in it, root for them.
I don't it was that well done, but I did enjoy what I read and I believe that it does give the couple its credibility. I really enjoyed how the author went down certain roots and how she explored (even though very superficially) some aspects and new kinks. the way they ended up being connected was actually pretty believable and although its a very bad reason and even worse experience, I enjoyed how it reflected in the characters and shaped them.
I think this is definitely one of my favorite books from this series and I really was not expecting it.
