Here’s the thing…
This series is fantastic. I love black fantasy so much.
The first book? Amazing! So fun, so adventurous.
This book? There was so much build up, and it didn’t feel like it had a ton of pay off in the end.
Don’t get me wrong, I loved the ending. I’m so hyped for the next book. I just wish there was MORE happening through the book. It felt a little like it was stalling for a long time. Regardless, I love the world and atmosphere. It’s a fun read and a great series.
