Kiss the Fae by Natalia Jaster

5.0

I just want to start of by saying that I’m so grateful that I got an ARC of this book sent to me by the author and @bookofmediamatches on instagram!

In this dark fairytale we follow a girl that has been through a lot, who now faces a new threat as she accidentally crossed into the land of the Faeries. Lark is given the opportunity to fight for her and her sisters lives, if she manage to get through the mountain labyrinth where noting is as it seems before thirteen days have passed.

The writing in this book is so beautiful I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s beautiful prose with lots of sarcastic and relatable comments coming from the main character. Every character is well built and you will quickly fall in love with them all - and the world is even better. To follow Lark’s (the main character) journey through the world of the faeries was a wild adventure and now I just want to visit that magical, deadly land and see it for myself.

And the romance *swoons*. Slow burn, enemies to lovers, angst, it’s everything you’d ever want (and yes, that includes multiple steamy scenes)

Though some things were very obvious, it was such an amazing read. I’ve been in a reading slump for a loooong time, forcing myself to keep reading, but when picking this book up there was no putting it down.

You need this book. Period.
Thank you again Natalia for sending me this ARC!
