A fairly shallow look into leadership; there are some decent 'truths' but they are all surface level common-sense type ideas. I've been reading a lot of management books as I've transitioned into my management role in my career, and after reading some really great ones that actually get into the grit, like having difficult conversations, this one just feels pretty 'meh.' Also, they mention a ton of Chinese businesses and Monsanto, which I know are immoral and unethical, so that really dragged the rating down.
