"There Are Things I Want You to Know" about Stieg Larsson and Me by Eva Gabrielsson
4.0
I loved this read. I have seen the Swedish version of these on DVD, and am about to begin reading the books. But, I wanted to know more about the author. Reading this book gave me great insights. Eva tells of how parts of the Millennium Trilogy came from Stieg's life, her life, and his past. He was a journalist before he wrote this, and while he wrote it. Which , works well for the perspective shown in the dvd's. You can feel her broken heart from her loss, and read of the life Stieg led. It was a dangerous one where he had to watch out for those who would hurt him for what he was willing to write about. It makes me even more excited to read the books and see if I can pick out those parts she pointed out to see the connection.
