🔥 “You’re mine, little girl. To have, to hold, and to break.”

Ada Murphy is a badass! She’s tough as nails, strong, fierce, sassy, independent, brilliant and defiant. Ada is a woman who can take care of herself and is as valuable to the family business as her brothers. Even more, she’s not a woman to back down from challenges and can handle anything thrown her way. Ada is a remarkable woman and I loved her so, so much!

And then, we have Shane Kavanagh - the heir to one of the most powerful Irish mafia families in Boston. He’s one intense, confident, dangerous, bossy, cocky and arrogant man. Even more, he’s so deliciously possessive and dominant. Shane knows what he wants and doesn’t hesitate to go after it. And he’s so fiercely protective of what’s his. Shane is an absolutely irresistible man and I couldn’t help but adore everything about him!

I absolutely loved everything that happened between Ada and Shane! Ada is minding her own business when a mysterious and gorgeous man waltzes into the Murphy pub. And sparks flew right from the start! I loved those two! I loved the banters and the teasing and that both gave as good as they got. Both were such strong characters and the power play was so much fun to read. Even more, Shane made quite the bold promises… And more than delivered! And the spice!!! Holy, filthy, naughty deliciousness! I was all in and couldn’t get enough of all the passionate moments they shared. In addition, I loved how good a team Ada and Shane made. And I loved that Shane was protective of Ada but also let her shine in all her badass glory. He’s exactly the man she needed to stand by her side. Ada and Shane were absolutely perfect for each other and I couldn’t get enough of either of them!

In addition, the storyline was fantastic! The crime world in Boston is filled with danger, power plays and betrayals. And uniting two of the most powerful Irish mafia families is exactly what the Murphy’s and the Kavanagh’s need to keep their control. Even more, more alliances might be formed from the most unexpected sides. With everything happening, I was glued to the pages till the very end.

Overall, the story is another spectacular addition to the series and I loved every page of it!
