Initial impressions: deep appreciation for for the commitment to analysis through 1st century Judaism. Spot on with the central value of love as the corner stone of faith and meeting the world where it is at. I Disagree with the shades of substitionary atonement and am not sure about his position on a physical resurrection—he never explained what he meant by that so I'm left to assume he meant it in a very orthodox sense.
