Plot- 1 point
I have no qualms with the direction this story went, I was on a family trip and spent an entire hour devouring it. There was a couple moments that felt cheesy, but not enough to detract from the story.

Characters- .75 point
I liked the main character a lot, I liked reading about her overcoming addiction and her learning to build trusting relationships with others. The child’s parents drove me nuts the whole time however. I was annoyed that they would hire an addict to nanny their kid, I was annoyed at how they treated their child and the mc, etc. I think this may have been intentional on the authors part though.

Setting/worldbuilding- 1 point
This is less applicable as a thriller, but I still could feel the environment through the story.

Prose/Style- 1 point
I actually loved the style of this book. The writing wasn’t particularly unique, but I loved the illustrations that were added, they really contributed to the air of the story.

Enjoyment- 1 point
Super enjoyable! Highly recommend!
