Beautiful love story and unexpectadly serious themes. It was refreshing that such a serious subject wasn't romantacized.

Their relationship was at first very cliche, they both fell hard and fast. But when his drinking problems became more and more apparent most books I've read would've made their relationship the solution. When in reality it was holding him back from fully healing properly. And when they came back together they were both better off for it so that they weren't so dependent on each other.

Would definitely recommend/reread.
