I finished this way faster than I anticipated, mostly because it was predictable. I kept waiting for something interesting to happen and really never got it. The twists aren’t surprising and there’s a handful of just unnecessary choices. And this critique isn’t super important but it bothered me that it was not nearly Y2K enough for the Blockbuster scenes. There was nothing that made you say “yes, this is obviously 1999” besides the fact that we’re told that. Give me nostalgia, for the love of god.
